Hi, Team! I'm Ronan, founder of Bondi Beach Bodies. I spent ten years living in Australia. During that time I qualified as a personal trainer and learnt the art of high intensity interval training on Sydney's iconic Bondi Beach. Since 2012 I've been helping my clients sculpt beach bodies through the art of HIIT.
The Bondi Beach Bodies method helps you get maximum results in minimum time. Each class is only 45 minutes ( 5 minutes warm up, 30 minutes HARD work, 5 minutes cool down ) and embodies elements of interval training, tabata training, bootcamp, cross training, yoga and pilates techniques.
How do I know the technique works? Well, in 2016 I was playing a rugby match and broke my back. For almost 9 months, while recovering, I did little to no exercise, my diet was not on point and my alcohol consumption was higher than normal. In short, I got weak and fat and I wasn't happy. Upon returning to Ireland I needed to get in shape quickly. I created a series of high intensity interval workouts to burn fat and gain muscle. Within 6 weeks ( 30 days of training ) I went from overweight and out of shape to strong and lean. In shot I was getting back the beach body. Now I want to share these techniques with you.
